MN Community Measurement Launches First-of-Its-Kind Quality Measure for Depression Care

The HealthScores depression measure is launched on HealthScores, using a standard questionnaire called the PHQ-9 to provide information on the number of patients at participating clinics who were in remission – no longer depressed – six months after being diagnosed. Download PDF
